What is Gyrotonic?
Gyrotonic is a comprehensive movement method combining fluidity, breathing, stretching and deep strengthening. It draws inspiration from dance, yoga and swimming.

Centre UMA offers one-hour trial classes in small groups of no more than four people.

Our partner: the Paris Opera
Centre Uma teaches the Gyrotonic method at the Paris National Opera, as part of the dancers’ physical conditioning.
We also offer specialised classes for professional and pre-professional dancers, tailored to the demands of the stage.
